Natuvello Circle

Natuvello Circle is a free customer appreciation program. Eligible purchases can build a points balance linked to the email used at checkout.

A product page may show the estimated Circle Points for the currently selected quantity. This is a points-only estimate; Natuvello does not display its value in USD or any other currency.

Purchase points are created only for orders that are fully paid and marked delivered.

They remain pending until the 14-day return period has ended. This protects both the customer and the store when a return, refund, failed delivery, or payment review is still possible.

Natuvello Circle has five membership tiers: Member, Plus, Select, Premier, and Signature.

Lifetime eligible points determine the tier. Higher tiers can receive a larger earning multiplier and may apply points to a larger portion of an eligible order.

Use the email from a previous order and the secure one-time code sent to that address to view the available balance, pending balance, tier, progress, and recent point activity.

Available points may be applied during checkout, subject to the current tier limit and program rules. The final payable order total is shown before payment, but the monetary value of points is not advertised in USD or any other currency.

Coupon and point use cannot be combined unless Natuvello has enabled that option in the program settings.

Available points normally expire after the validity period shown in the program rules. The account page records pending, available, redeemed, returned, adjusted, reversed, and expired activity.

Points earned from an order can be reversed if the order is cancelled, returned, refunded, failed, fraudulent, or returned to origin. Points applied to an eligible order are returned when the applicable cancellation or refund is processed.

Points are promotional benefits. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, sold, or transferred, and have no value outside an eligible Natuvello checkout.

Duplicate accounts, manipulated orders, payment abuse, or other misuse may result in correction, suspension, or removal of points.
