Adrenalinum, an Internal Secretion of Suprarenal Glands, derived from the active principle of the medulla of the suprarenal (adrenal) gland, plays a crucial role in regulating vital physiological functions. As an essential chemical messenger, it supports the activity of the sympathetic nervous system, mimicking its stimulation.
