Citrus vulgaris (also known as Aurantium) is a homoeopathic remedy prepared from the peel of the Seville orange, belonging to the Rutaceæ family. It acts primarily on the nervous systemmucous membranes, and female reproductive organs, and is known for its effects in complaints involving neuralgiapalpitationschoking sensations, and mental excitement. It is particularly suited to older individuals, especially those experiencing chillinesscraving for alcohol, or faintness.
