Indication

Ferrum magneticum is a deep-acting mineral homoeopathic medicine prepared from black oxide of iron by Sesquioxide of iron, also known as Loadstone (FeO·Fe₂O₃). It is associated with nerve-muscle imbalance, intestinal disturbance, eye affections, and fatigue from slightest exertion. Suited to those with indolence, irritability, and mental indecision, it shows a broad influence across the nervous system, digestive tract, vision, and skin. Acts notably on the abdomen, flatulence, diarrhoeic states, and rheumatic or paralytic pains. Also addresses warts, whitlows, and visual phenomena like colored halos and transient blindness.
