Ferrum sulphuricum is a potent homoeopathic medicine prepared from ferrous sulphate, known for its marked action on the digestive system, nervous system, female reproductive organs, and skin. It is especially indicated in cases involving anemia-related symptoms, diarrhoea, gastrointestinal irritation, menorrhagia, and worms.
