Indication

Mercurius dulcis is a valuable and important homoeopathic medicine prepared from the Subchloride of Mercury (also known as Calomel or Mercurous Chloride) through trituration. It is known for its deep action on the digestive system, mucous membranes, skin, glands, and ENT organs. Particularly beneficial in cases involving catarrhal conditions, chronic diarrhoea, throat ulceration, scrofulous affections, and prostatitis, this medicine is characterized by fetid secretions, tissue destruction, and excessive salivation. It is also well-indicated in syphilitic and scrofulous manifestations, and in gastrointestinal or glandular complaints.
