Indication

Pix liquida is a homoeopathic medicine,a  product of dry distillation of various coniferous woods. Belonging to the Pinaceae family under the Coniferophyta

can be helpful in the following conditions:

• Chronic Cough and Tuberculosis (Phthisis)
o Useful in advanced stages of tuberculosis with purulent, offensive expectoration.
o Relieves chest pain especially at the third left costal cartilage.

• Bronchitis
o Helps in managing symptoms of bronchial congestion and chronic productive cough.

• Skin Conditions
o Eczema and Psoriasis: Provides relief in dry, cracked, itchy, and bleeding skin conditions.
o Acne and Dermatitis: Useful in managing skin eruptions, especially on the back of hands.
o Intolerable night-time itching; promotes skin healing and reduces inflammation.

• Avoid strong smells (onion, hing, mint, garlic) during use.
• Allow 15 minutes gap between two homoeopathic medicines, 30 mins gap between Homoeopathic medicines and food, or one hour gap between Homoeopathic medicines or another system of medicines.
