Insomnia is the perception or complaint of inadequate or poor-quality sleep, which may be characterized by difficulty falling asleep, waking up frequently during the night with difficulty returning to sleep, waking up too early in the morning, or unrefreshing sleep.

Ingredients

• Ferrum phosphoricum 3x HPI- Helpful in early stages of inflammation, manages symptoms such as muscular soreness, headache, and general weariness often interfering with restful sleep.
• Magnesium phosphoricum 3x HPI- Assist as muscle-relaxing and anti-spasmodic properties, it helps in easing muscle aches and nervous tension, supporting a calm and relaxed state conducive to sleep. 
• Kali phosphoricum 3x HPI- A powerful nerve tonic, it helps alleviate exhaustion, irritability, mental fatigue, and stress-related insomnia. Especially helpful in sleep issues arising from overwork or worry.
• In equal proportion
• Excipients q.s. to 1 tablet of 250 mg

Dosage

Direction for use:

Adult: 2 tablets 4 times daily.

Children: Half of the adult's dose.

Or as prescribed by the physician.
