Indication

Stannum iodatum (Sn I₂), a deep-acting homoeopathic medicine, is prepared through trituration of the iodide of tin and is primarily indicated in chronic respiratory conditions such as phthisis (tuberculosis) and lingering chest complaints. It combines the properties of both Stannum metallicum and Iodum

• Supports weak, initially dry coughs that evolve into stronger bouts with pale yellow, copious expectoration.
• Helpful in conditions where coughing is followed by chest dryness, increased breathlessness, and a sensation of fatigue or weakness in the chest.
• Particularly suited to cases that “hang fire”—not improving despite treatment—and require a gentle but beneficial action.

General Weakness& Constitutional Suitability
